KSV1870 Information GmbH endeavours to make its web applications accessible in accordance with the Austrian Accessibility Act (Barrierefreiheitsgesetz - BaFG) and Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies.

Service description
KSV1870 Information GmbH provides digital application processes through which consumers can submit an application for an InfoPass (KSV statement) as well as a digital application for an access report in accordance with Article 15 GDPR.
Through these digital application processes, users can enter the information required for the respective request, provide the necessary supporting documents, and submit their application electronically.
The PDF documents provided in this context serve for information, documentation, or application purposes within the scope of the aforementioned digital services.
Compliance status
The above-mentioned digital application processes were last reviewed on 24 June 2025 and were found to comply with the applicable requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Conformance Level AA. For web content, this corresponds to the relevant requirements of EN 301 549 V3.2.1.
The PDF documents provided were last reviewed on 29 June 2026 in accordance with the relevant requirements for non-web documents under EN 301 549 and were found to comply with these requirements.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
The digital application processes and the provided PDF documents were reviewed by external experts in digital accessibility.
The assessment of the digital application processes was carried out using a combined approach of automated analysis and manual testing in accordance with WCAG 2.1, Conformance Level AA. In addition, selected success criteria from WCAG 2.2 were taken into account and evaluated as part of the assessment.
The provided PDF documents were separately reviewed in accordance with the relevant requirements for accessible non-web documents.
