Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service brought to you by Google Inc. ("Google") that implements cookies which are stored on the computer or terminal device and help to analyse website use. As a rule, the information generated by the cookie about someone's use of this website is sent to a Google server in the US and stored there. However, if the IP anonymiser has been activated on this website, the visitor's IP address will be abbreviated by Google first if it is located in a member state of the European Union or one of the countries that have signed the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google uses this information to evaluate website use, to compile reports on website activities and to perform further services for the operator of this website that are associated with use of the website and the internet.

The IP address transmitted from the visitor's browser through Google Analytics is not integrated with any other Google data. Visitors have the choice of preventing installation of cookies by changing the settings of their browser software. Moreover, visitors can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and data relating to their use of the website (incl. their IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
We must point out that this website has added the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" to Google Analytics in order to warrant the anonymised collection of IP addresses (known as IP masking).

Please also observe Google's privacy policy (http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/), specifically the section on Google's data use when visiting partner sites (http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/partners/).

Retargeting and profiling

Retargeting is a term used to designate a personalised targeting strategy. When a user visits our website, he or she is tagged with a cookie so that personalised ads can be displayed on any subsequent website he or she moves on to. For this purpose, we use Google and the marketing automation software called Droidmarketing.

Droidmarketing: For some mails, we use the customer journey operating and analysis software Droidmarketing provided by Droid Marketing GmbH, Ungargasse 64-66/2/405, 1030 Vienna, to record and analyse personal data in the context of current web behaviour and thus to provide customised, personalised offers and direct advertising tailored to specific needs.

The cookies are used to analyse user behaviour. For this purpose, the server accesses your cookies and processes the information stored in them. These cookies are implemented to improve service quality, which includes storing user settings, and to track visitor trends, e.g. the products you are interested in and/or the products you ordered. They are placed by Droidmarketing on behalf of KSV1870. When the "Cookies" feature is enabled in the browser settings on your computer, we are able to identify the browser of the local computer.

Your local browser's security settings include information on whether the cookie feature is enabled. As a rule, the cookie feature is enabled. Consult the Help menu in your browser to find out how to disable cookies and/or which cookies have already been placed on your computer. The data (Droidmarketing) is processed exclusively within the European Union and not disclosed to third parties.

All rights and obligations arising from the use of the KSC1870 portal are subject to Austrian law. The venue is Vienna. If you are a consumer, the venue is at your place of residence.

We use browser push notifications from PushPanda.io. Browser push notifications are messages that can be displayed on your device without opening the website or the respective app. No personal user data such as IP addresses or the like, which could lead to direct conclusions about the respective user, are stored. When registering (opt-in procedure) in the notification mailing list, only an identification key and the geographic IP information (country and state) of the user are transmitted and stored in the PushPanda.io database. This key is assigned by the respective browser manufacturer (Google, Mozilla, Apple, etc.) and enables the notifications to be sent to the respective browser later. The dispatch takes place directly via the browser manufacturer.

If the opt-in for our Insolvency Push is withdrawn (opt-out), all data stored at PushPanda.io will be deleted and the identification key will become invalid. Information about the opt-out for push messages can be found at https: //www.pushpanda .io / de / links / deregistration /. PushPanda.io is a service from Project K GmbH based in Innsbruck, Austria.

  • The log files are stored for a period of 1 year and then automatically erased.

  • Please be assured that, in providing the chatbot service, no personal data is analysed or used for profiling purposes.
