I hereby order the KSV1870 ESG Profile, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Brief description of the KSV1870 ESG Profile: With the KSV1870 ESG Profile, you collect your ESG data in a structured manner based on the applicable EU VSME standard (Voluntary Reporting Standard for Non-Listed SMEs).
Note: To ensure ESG data remains up to date, it should be updated annually, just like a balance sheet.

Service description:

• Completion of the VSME ESG questionnaire, including a check of your entered data for formal plausibility and completeness, excluding a separate check of the accuracy of the data submitted.
• Provision of an ESG badge graphic (the "ESG Profile") for use during the active contract term to inform your customers and business partners that you have completed the ESG data collection process.

Note: The "ESG Profile" does not constitute a rating as defined by the ESG Rating Regulation, nor does it confirm accuracy of the data you have provided. The contractual partner (KSV1870) assumes no liability for decisions made by third parties based on the ESG Profile.

Costs: EUR 980.00 annual fee excl. 20% VAT

Term: The contract term is 12 months from the date of the order. Access to the ESG data and the right to use the provided ESG graphic are strictly limited to the duration of the active contract and will automatically end upon expiry. Unless terminated by a contractual party under the four-week notice period set out in "Termination", the contract will automatically renew for another 12 months at an annual fee of EUR 980.00 excl. 20% VAT. During this period, the customer is authorised to continue using the ESG Profile as defined in the service description. The customer is entitled to one data collection cycle, including a data check, per contract period (12 months from contract conclusion). Any additional data collection, including a data check, within the same contract period will incur a one-off fee of EUR 290.00 excl. 20% VAT.

Termination: No later than four weeks prior to the expiry of the contract term by email to: ksv.fakturierung@ksv.at 

What happens after order placement?

1. Access credentials: After ordering, you will receive your login details to create your ESG Profile with our ESG partner, SDI.
2. ESG questionnaire: You can now log in to complete the ESG questionnaire immediately. Once entered, your answers will be automatically saved.
3. Data check and results: Completing the questionnaire triggers the data check (taking a maximum of four weeks, provided the data is complete). Afterwards, you will receive either an error report or direct access to your ESG Profile and the ESG Badge
