Scope of Service: KSV1870 Nimbusec GmbH provides a valid CyberRisk Rating.

The rating process:

• Identification of responsible person(s)
• Contact and interview
• Issuance of a Rating Certificate as a PDF (Result Report)
• Contact details provided to the client: Information about Cyber Risk Managers (in the assessed company) for clarification of rating details and audit possibilities
• In case of rejection: Documentation of contact attempts. Two individuals responsible for cyber risks within the company are identified and contacted twice via email and twice via phone. A registered letter is then sent to the management. 

According to the Austrian operational NIS authority (BMI), the CyberRisk Rating by KSV1870 fulfils the requirements of the NIS Act for supplier risks (§ 11 Para. 1 No. 2 in conjunction with Annex 1 NISV). For more information, visit https://www.nis.gv.at/.

Rating Scheme: The rating is based on the Cyber Risk Rating scheme of the Competence Center Secure Austria (KSÖ).

Cost: EUR 1,050,- excluding VAT.

Validity: 1 year

Processing Time: 3–8 weeks, due to necessary interaction with responsible individuals within the company.
